Attorney Ramona Tax

Attorney Ramona Tax provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on foreign trade law. Her practice focuses in particular on export control law, customs law, competition law and trade defence instruments such as anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings. ​

She also provides expert guidance to clients on establishing and refining compliance frameworks within the context of international trade. Her proficiency extends to addressing concerns related to green trade, ensuring that operations adhere to regulatory standards.​

In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is a lecturer at Leuphana University Lüneburg in the field of European economic law and a doctoral candidate at the same institution.​

Prior to joining CREYDT.LAW, Ramona Tax acquired significant experience working for several years for an international law firm in Brussels, with a particular focus on foreign trade law and competition law issues.​

Ramona Tax is a graduate of the e Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. She completed the legal clerkship in Nuremberg and Brussels. She is admitted to the Munich bar.​​

Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis, reading and travelling.​
